Price, quality and service staff

Nice place, good location

Not carpeted in the hall ways, very loud with people walking to their rooms at all hours of the night. The premises has a night club on the weekend.

The ambience was welcoming and calm. The staff is always friendly and polite. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the ferry terminal by car. The breakfast was delicious and replenished quickly. There was a good variety to choose from and the main dishes changed on the second morning we were there. The items on the menu were also reasonably priced. The rooms were clean with all the amneties working well. The most wonderful thing was the water pressure for the shower and the fancy shower heads and tap function (impressive for this sized hotel). I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come to Tg Pinang again. The hotel is generally clean and pleasant.

The food we ordered while dining in the restaurant was a little too slow for our liking. At times they appear short-staffed of kitchen hands during other times besides breakfast. But the serving staff was always polite and helpful.

Location was very good!

My experience was very disappointing.The room was extremely dirty and moldy, with stained sheets and towels that didn’t smell fresh at all. During the massage, I clearly stated that I only wanted a back massage, yet the masseuse attempted to turn it into an erotic one, which made me feel very uncomfortable. On top of that, she was not professional and didn’t even greet me properly.

Alltrue is conveniently situated near to the ferry & airport. It is a very pleasant, clean hotel. Great breakfast & the restaurant is open all day.The manager Inselson Kemit was extremely helpful in recommending, & then organising, our 3 day stay in the Lagoi beach resort area at an exquisite villa which really made our stay on the island. All the staff are attentive and helpful.

Rooms are good and looks like newly renovated. Bathroom water pressure is good. Aircon works good. Nearby food. Location near to city side.

Very friendly and helpful staff; well equipped room, plenty of electrical sockets and lights, good bathroom; breakfast was good; convenient location, with nearby Rimba and eating places, including a Japanese restaurant.

Breakfast was ok. Even though not much variety but items are not bad. Have local food. Staff are very friendly. Front staff are very kind and attentive. Door staff also very helpful in leading us to taxi etc.

No soundproofing - we could hear what music the people in the room next door were listening to, and I was woken every morning by others banging doors and talking in the corridor. We were on the 3rd floor and my bed was literally vibrating along to the karaoke music each night. We had dinner there one night and the food took ages to come. Breakfast was ok; but was the same every day and all the hot dishes were spicy, so kids struggled a little. I could never find milk for my coffee.Pick up wasn’t available on the day we arrived, so we were at the mercy of the local taxi drivers, quite a shock after coming from Singapore

Foul smell (probably the sewerage system) in the toilet.Breakfast selection limited and mostly repeated over the 3 days I stayed there.

The room was cozy and clean. But do note that my room on the 2nd floor has no windows - it might feel claustrophobic for some but I was okay.

No lift service to the 2nd floor so my elderly parents had to slowly climb down and up every time. If you're travelling with elderly or people with mobility issues, best to ask for a higher floor that has lift access.

We liked nearly everything. The breakfast was rich with a mix of Indonesian and western foods. When we asked for stronger coffee, our friends gladly gave it to us. Staff was extraordinarily helpful and not only answered but helped us make arrangements.

The room was mostly nice, but the floors were a bit dirty. Just a bit.

Breakfast in very simple not a lot of options. I asked the front desk to help me book a taxi. And they said they won't help people order taxis. Which I find quite ridiculous. For someone who is coming to this town for the first time and for the hotel not willing to help to order a taxi is quite irritating

1. Location - few mins car ride to the ferry terminal and attractions 2. Smooth check in and out 3. Room and bath comfy enough for the price4. Staff kindly enough prepacked our breakfast for the early morning ferry ride back home

Staff is helpful but not all can speak English, they do try and use Google translate.

There's a sewage smell in the room I was in. I also didnt like how smoking rooms are given as default.The facilities in the gym are mostly faulty too

the breakfast is satisfactory. location is ideal. room is clean and service is good. however, the room sound proofing was very bad. loud music were blasting till late midnight and our sleep are disrupted.

all is excellent, Sharing a little idea, perhaps the wifi router could be reset every week once to clear the packets is able to flush to avoid lagginess for guest in the rooms. Or perhaps the access point could be change to wifi6 access point as well if available. cheers!
